Our Defence Academy was established with a clear mission to prepare motivated young aspirants for a proud career in the Indian Armed Forces. We believe that success in defence selection requires more than academic knowledge; it demands discipline, physical fitness, mental strength, and the right guidance.

With a structured training system and defence-oriented environment, we help aspirants confidently prepare for NDA, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, and physical fitness standards.

Words From the head of the academy

Dear Trainees,
I started my life with Swami Vivekananda’s message ‘BE AND MAKE’. I received NCC Training along with formal education in the midst of acute poverty at Sumatinagar in distant Sagar Island. Then, with diligence, perseverance and sincerity I was promoted to Assistant sub-inspector from a petty soldier within 22 years ‘of service at SSB (Sashastra Seema Bal). Finally after retirement, I have committed to stand by the confused young society having the ideals of Swamiji at heart. And so, keeping the memory of my deceased parents I have been able to set up ‘NIHAR NIKUNJA DEFENCE ACADEMY’ through which innumerable unemployed youth may avail themselves of recruitment in Army of both – state and central Government. The Academy will play a definite role to form a perfect eligibility as well as opportunity for the youngsters to be successful in the admission with six months’ or one year’s training and acquire eligible candidature . Lastly, to work in any defence service is to serve the beloved motherland as well as to earn own livelihood.
Hope this earnest endeavour of mine will shine up with your glorious presence and active participation. So I strongly believe you must build up your life with strict discipline and orderliness. To conclude, the chief mission of the academy is SERVE THE NATION AS THYSELF.
